I would be very interested to know if there is a way that other people can purchase packets of the seeds, as a donation, to help with the planting process. I'm sure that there are plenty of people worldwide that would be interested in helping out. This has effected all of us & I'm sure that those of us who are able, would love to be a part of the solution. So if anyone knows how it can be done, please post the information.
Thank you, shel phillips

What a great idea for the Midwest to help out Japan! Being from the "Sunflower State" of Kansas, I know about the oil and the tasty seeds! Also remember the old Sunflower Army Ammunition Plant near Lawrence. I must assume no nuclear weapons were assembled or disassembled there because you never saw a lot of sunflowers on the property and they've been developing the land for commercial and residential use on the last few years.

Imagine, where we might be now if Canada and other commonwealth countries
had not stood up to Nazi Germany in 1939. Remember the US did not join the
fight until 1942 I think, and without their help, Britain and the rest of Europe including Russia, would probably have gone under the Nazi jackboot.
This would have left the US standing virtually alone, with the might of the German empire on the atlantic side and the Japanese on the pacific.
How long do you think before north americans would be getting lessons in the german language ??
So for the NDP and other pacifists out there, check out the history.

How truly sad that viewers are loosing of one of the best, most entertaining and compelling series due to poor "executive" decision making.

The ratings speak for themselves, we have seen every episode, purchased the DVDs series 1-6 and will without hesitation rush out and buy series 7 when released on DVD . Along with the millions of other viewers we were also eagerly anticipating series 8.

What a pathetic state of affairs when such enthralling, clean, well made and brilliantly acted entertainment is lost. We can only thank the actors, film crews, animal handlers, trainers and entire production team for many priceless hours of pleasure; you will all be sadly missed.

Whoever made the decision to plough vast amounts of capital into yet another done to death Titanic remake should clearly have gone down with the ship. Unless reversed is all a floundering ITV will achieve by axing Wild at Heart will be to loose yet more viewers joining Titanic on it's plummeting Voyage to the bottom of the Sea.
