Largest Manmade Island, Kings Island, an artificial island 15 miles off the coast of Denmark, is on sale for $14 million (via Luxuo).

At 70,000 square meters, it’s the largest man-made island in the world.

Also known as Middelgrundsfortet, it was created in 1890 as a sea fortress, and served as a military area until 2002, when it was purchased by a private investor.

The property comes with a 24-room hotel, as well as its own nightclub and restaurant. It’s accessible by yacht or helicopter.
